Making an online order

Complete your order on our website and you will receive an email confirmation to tell you that your order has been completed.

Please remember to include any delivery instructions for our team. For example: clues for any hard-to-find doors, type of place (e.g. an office), specific opening times, or entry gate codes.

Once an order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation email from our website and also from Stripe if you paid by card.

And once your order has been delivered, we’ll send over another email to confirm it. Please check your spam filters.

Making an order by phone

We request a full name, contact telephone number (ideally a mobile number) and full delivery address for all recipients.

After placing your order by phone

If you do not hear from us within a couple of days of the requested delivery day, then you can be sure the flowers have been successfully delivered.

We’ll only contact you if a problem arises with your delivery.

Proof of delivery

Whenever possible, we try to obtain a signature or photograph as proof of delivery. For locations where a third party is involved, a signature from a member of staff will be accepted as proof of delivery.

We take no responsibility for deliveries where incorrect information is given. Please read our terms of sale for more information.

We offer local same-day, next-day or a weekday flower delivery services across Kensington, Chelsea and surrounding neighbourhood areas.

We can also deliver to most Central London postcodes.

Same-day London flower delivery service is available for bouquet, vase and small orchid plant orders.

When you order online or by phone by 2pm, our dedicated team will personally deliver your order on the very same day. They will normally arrive by 5pm and at the latest, 6pm.

Phone orders are recommended for same-day delivery on Fridays.

We deliver Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm, so please select your preferred delivery date when you order.

Unfortunately, we do not deliver weekends or UK Bank holidays, except Mother’s Day & Valentine’s Day.

We can normally accommodate morning or afternoon delivery requests, but not specific time slots.

24 hours’ notice is recommended for specific colour choices and “Large” size products.

We offer same-day, next-day or weekday local delivery services across Kensington, Chelsea and the surrounding neighbourhood areas of Knightsbridge, Holland Park, Notting Hill – as well as most Central London postcodes.

We make sure to personally deliver local orders ourselves – either on foot or in our little green van. Deliveries based further afield are delivered by our trusted courier partners.

If the London postcode you wish to order to is not listed, please contact us for a delivery cost quote. Phone orders are recommended for same-day delivery on Fridays.

We often contact the recipient prior to delivery to ensure someone is able to accept the flowers on the day requested. We try to arrange convenient delivery time slots with the recipient and/or make arrangements to leave the flowers in a safe place.

If no one is able to accept delivery at the address, we contact the recipient and/or leave a delivery card stating whether the flowers have been left with a neighbour, a safe place or returned to our shop.

No problem! You can order flowers for a same day collection, or a weekday of your choice by ordering on-line, sending a text message, or giving us a call on 020 7225 3176.

We are also available on WhatsApp – just call 07493 707 636.

If you would like a particular product or colour, please call us to see if we have them in store. As we collect our flowers daily and each product is unique, it is always best to check if we have your favourites available. We’ll always do our utmost to accommodate your request and give you the experience you’re looking for.

If you’re ordering by Click & Collect, your order will be ready to collect in just 2 hours. If you have a last-minute request, just tell us and we will do our best to get your order ready a.s.a.p!

Our shop is open Monday to Friday from 8am to 5pm. We are closed on weekends and UK bank holidays.

You will find us at:  15 Victoria Grove, Kensington, London, W8 5RW.

We are opposite Launceston Place Restaurant, on a one-way stretch of road, so it’s easier to approach us from De Vere Gardens or Victoria Road via Kensington road.

Remember, please allow 2 hours for us to prepare your order. We will always do our best to get them ready as soon as possible for you, and we can normally accommodate last-minute requests!
